Delivery and returns

Delivery policy 

We aim to deliver your package within 2-5 working days after we have confirmed your order depending on the method of delivery you have selected at checkout. Standard delivery is £3.95 (3-5 working days, orders before 4pm).

International delivery is individually quoted at check out.

Returns policy 

Unfortunately, at this present time we are not able to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any items. However, if aany item is found to be faulty or damaged please contact us at riti@balanco.co.uk to discuss exchange/refund within 28 days. We cannot guarantee that an exchange for the same item will be available, in which case we will offer a full refund in the original method of payment you used during the purchase of the product.
